Our Practice

The Fix Machine Animal Health Clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality veterinary medicine because we know that Fixed Pets live happier, healthier, longer lives. We make medicine accessible and provide information so that clients can construct informed decisions. We care about our community and offer low-cost spays and neuters. In addition, we offer comprehensive pet health care services such as dentistry, radiography, orthopedic surgery, and wellness.

  • Dr. Reagan

    DVM

    Dr. Reagan is originally from Eastern Oregon, and grew up on a cattle ranch in Union, Oregon. He graduated from Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003, and since then has practiced in both large and small animal medicine and surgery. Prior to moving to the Tri-Cities in 2011, Dr. Reagan and his family spent seven fun-filled years in Anchorage, Alaska. Dr. Reagan is licensed to practice medicine in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. In his free time, Dr. Reagan is a dedicated cook, gardener, and fisherman.

  • Dr. Rae

    Associate DVM

    Dr. Heather Rae is a 2014 graduate of the Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she focused on small animal medicine and surgery. A Tri-Cities native, she practiced at a small animal clinic in Spokane prior to moving back to the Tri-Cities. Dr. Rae is passionate about providing caring, high-quality veterinary care to pets through all life stages. Dr. Rae enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She also shares her home with three dogs (the big, hairy, slobbery kind), three cats, and two horses. In her off time, Dr. Rae and her husband, Dustin, love spending time outdoors and are avid hikers, campers, fishers, snowshoers, and backcountry trail riders.

  • Rachel Irwin

    Hospital Manager

    Rachel Irwin is passionate about veterinary practice management and all aspects of quality, compassionate veterinary care. She has a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and is a Licensed Veterinary Technician who marries her love of communications and small animal medicine in her current role. Rachel is also passionate about family, both at work and at home. She loves spending quality time with her husband, Garrick, and daughter, Aurora. Rachel has a special place in her heart for Labrador Retrievers and cats. She also enjoys cooking, reading, exercising, and being outdoors.
